張平 出生於武漢，畢業於醫學院校。1994年移居香港，2001年移民加拿大。自幼喜爱書畫藝術，定居温哥華後師从張恒老師習畫, 洛夫先生習書法，多次参加畫會聯展。

“張平現任加拿大中華文化藝術總會理事、
加拿大中華文化研究院祕書長、北美國際文化發展基金會會長。
2015年榮獲加拿大第一屆加中藝術橋大賽優異獎。
2014年入選首屆加拿大兩岸三地文化藝術節大中華夢慈善義賣12位畫家之一。”

Cheung-Ping was born in Wu Han. Graduated from a medical school and moved to Hong Kong. Immigrated to Canada in 2001 Zhang Ping has enjoyed art from a young age and took the interest in studying Chinese Brush Paint from Mr. John Chen and studies calligraphy from Mr. Fu. She has participated in various art exhibitions in Vancouver.

2017-2018.director of the Chinese Artists Association of Canada.
